Waerflow is a warehouse management and inventory control system for Shopify merchants. It provides accurate stock counts, transfer tracking, purchase order receiving, pallet management, returns processing, and pick-pack-dispatch (Shipflow) — all with a full audit trail and CSV exports.

Does Waerflow do stocktakes?

Yes. Waerflow supports both Full Stocktake (sets unscanned items to 0) and Cycle Count (adjusts only scanned items). Variances are individually confirmed before completion, and a CSV is automatically generated on completion.

Can Waerflow track pallets?

Yes. Waerflow includes a full Pallet Intake and Tracking module. Pallets are assigned an auto-generated ID (PLT-XXXXX), given a warehouse location, and tracked through statuses: INTAKE → STORED → MOVED → PICKED → DISPATCHED. Full move history is logged.

Shipflow is Waerflow's pick, pack, and dispatch workflow. It pulls open Shopify orders, generates a pick list with warehouse bin locations, lets staff scan to confirm packing, and marks orders dispatched with a tracking reference. Inventory is decremented automatically.

Does Waerflow support purchase orders?

Yes. Waerflow supports PO-based receiving in addition to transfer-based receiving. You can create a purchase order with supplier details and expected quantities, receive stock against it, handle partial deliveries, and log all movements to the inventory audit trail.

Is Waerflow a good Stocky alternative?

Yes. Waerflow includes everything Stocky offered — multi-device stocktakes, Shopify product sync, variance reports — plus features Stocky removed or never had: transfers, pallet tracking, dispatch/pick-and-pack, PO receiving, and a 3PL network. Stocky shuts down August 2026.
